While in Excelsior Springs, we walked the quaint little historic downtown area, and browsed several shops and boutiques. We visited the Hall of Waters Visitor Center,and had a great lunch at the Three Owls restaurant and bakery. Wonderful Italian subs and Meatball sandwiches!!
I like how the hotel had a spot in the basement. I also really enjoyed the two pool options the indoor pool and also the outdoor pool. And also the beautiful neighborhood.
We had dinner at Ventana. Wendy was our waitress and she was a hoot. Food was truly amazing! We also went to a few shops in town. Molly Roberts Studio is such a neat shop, and Molly was so nice. We also enjoyed Wine and Shine Tasting Room. They have interesting items and we enjoyed tasting the different spices and food items.
The location and staff were wonderful. Nothing to even remotely complain about.
The -Ventana restaurant is a great destination, the barbecue restaurant within walking distance at the old depot. Many great stores and the hall of waters.

Riding bikes around the town, we enjoyed Wine & Shine and the antique shops.
I have always enjoyed Excelsior Springs. It was nice to walk downtown with so many nice shops and friendly people.

I love the downtown area! Everyone was so nice! I ate a nice lunch and stopped by a couple of the shops. Such a nice area to explore.
