Casino was nice.
You can tell that the City has put a lot into making this a place you want to visit. What they have done with some of the old buildings is great. Felt safe walking around the area.

Springfield was very accommodating- I attended a convention at the Mass Mutual Center. Didn't have much free time but I'd enjoyed the visit.
Parks, lake and bike trails!
Loved eating out at the Red Rose Restaurant and then catching a movie at the regal cinema close by. Wished we'd been there for the free Friday night music in the nearby outside area in front of the Regal Cinemas.

The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I had an appointment with the local Hospital during a winter storm and needed to be close to the hospital. Conveniently located and could get to the Hospital within 5 minuets.

Loved the town. Had only been to Springfield College so it was nice to see a beautiful part of the city.
There were a lot of museums and group family locations to visit. The theme park is excellent and the Springfield Museums have a lot to offer.
The staff was excellent! The room was clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We were in Springfield for a 90th birthday party at the Red Rose Restaurant and that's why we decided to stay overnight at MGM.
Went to the Equine Affair.
Did not leave the hotel for the city, only left for the rehearsal & wedding at The Starting Gate.
We came for the Big E Fair.
I liked Springfield Symphony Hall. The sound system was so good!
Staff was helpful, everything I requested of them was performed.
I like the many options of restaurants that are located around the MGM casino.
