The hotel itself was clean and very pleasant staff. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed on what was the hottest few days of the month so only the outdoor pool was accessible. Also didn't like that in checkout day we had the cleaning staff knock three times to see if we had left yet, between 9am and 11. We left at 11. Check out is at noon.

Room was clean and the staff allowed us into the room as early as possible, as we had come off a cruise ship. Keurig coffee maker in the room was a nice feature as was the small refrigerator. Nice and close to Olympic Park. So a nice place.
