The gentlemen at the front desk for check in was so efficient, helpful and kind. I needed a bottle of water and there was none in the hall by the ice machine. He gave me one of his. Hard to find such great service these days.

Our location is definitely one of the things we are very proud of about our hotel. We are so lucky to have a property in the heart of Lancaster and a very strategic location that brings our guests just a few minutes away from must-see attractions such as Sight and Sound Theater, American Music Theater, Dutch Wonderland and first class shopping at the Rockvale Outlets as well as Amish attractions. We specialize in providing our guests with exceptional service and great value when visiting Lancaster PA.
