We booked at this Hyatt last minute, as the previously booked Omni Hotel did not honor our booking for a Premium King Bed room. We checked into a beautiful 18th floor KingBed room, cool, clean, well appointed. Heaven! Several standout people on staff: 1) Brian Jackson, Bellman, on Sunday AM, amazingly friendly smile and positive helpful attitude; 2) front desk agents: Joni (young vietnamese lady and another Marilu (?) Filipina lady who checked us in Friday night around 11:30pm. Especially delightful were the gym which I used several times and the swimming pool, where I enjoyed the clean facilities and clean cool waters. Thanks so much Hyatt Louisville!

Rooms were comfortable and super clean. Ditto the bathrooms. Staff were generally above average and a few were very friendly. Good security. This hotel is right at the entertainment center called Fourth Street.

We enjoyed our stay in Louisville. The Hyatt Regency was centrally located which allowed us to walk to many of the points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast every morning there and the food was excellent and affordable. Would definitely stay there again.
