Hampton Inn Winston-Salem Hanes Mall is proud to share our involvement with the Hilton CleanStay program. Hilton CleanStay with Lysol protection introduces a new standard of hotel cleanliness and disinfection. We already used hospital-grade products to clean our rooms and upgraded these protocols to help our guests feel an enhanced safety when they check into our rooms. With Hilton CleanStay, rooms will have a seal to indicate that guest rooms have not been entered since they were cleaned. When it comes to cleaning our rooms, there will be an increased focus on disinfection of the top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms. Our public spaces including our lobby, fitness center, breakfast area and pool will also have increased cleaning protocol. We will also continue to offer contact-less check-in and check-out via Digital Key and will have hand sanitizer for our guests. Team members will also be wearing personal protective equipment as well.
