I don't usually complain, but this visit wasn't a good experience at all. The pool bartender was rude and unhelpful at best. The cocktail waitress was non existent. She came out once and said it's too hot. Therefore, she was staying inside. Also, no Bloody Mary mix our entire time. The downstairs bar was great. Clarke is great. He had Bloody Mary mix. It's a nice hotel, but you have serious issues at the pool. I'm in the business and understand employees can be problematic at best. Otherwise, our stay was nice. A hotel with this flaw isn't somewhere I'd like to stay. The lady handling check in's was nice and said the manager was supposed to call, but didn't. I'm not looking for anything free just letting you know you've got a serious problem. I'm not sure I'd put my name on the establishment. Ie recommend to someone else.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Concierge gal was great in suggesting various places to go and visit. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The upper deck overlooking the city was fabulous and the service was wonderful!

We love staying at the Market Pavilion Hotel. Great service. Great valet. Our room was cleaned everyday and the top floor pool was outstanding; great bar service and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this very classy hotel. You are in walking distance of a lot. We cannot say enough about all the staff. Excellent!!
