We were very pleased with this hotel. It has a serene atmosphere that makes it unique. The rooms are cleanly designed and quiet. The staff is helpful and low key. The location on Park Avenue is charming and timeless. I would gladly stay here again.

Prior to COVID'19 our standard Cleaning Protocol involved 24 Hours Housekeeping Staffing with specific daily procedures for cleaning guest rooms, meeting space, restaurants, public space, etc. With COVID'19 situation new cleaning equipments are involved, staff are ulitizing personal protective equipment (PPE), hand sanitizers for staff and guests will be available and set up accordingly and additional protocols are place handling of any guest that might test positive during their stay.
