two out of three elevators not working creating 10 15 min waits. I got a small room for $600, not a suite and didn't want to have to use elevators to resolve this issue. Non working and damaged lights in room. No soap! I don't wash my face with liquid hand soap. Hilton hotels are off my stay list.

After a very long, very trying day, Anan on the front desk could not have been more kind or more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant's fish and chips were excellent and came hot to the table. The shuttle to and from was timely and the drivers both helped with the luggage.
