From the moment I was greeted at the front desk by Nicole, I felt the hospitality and sincere attentiveness at this hotel. While there were some issues with the handicap automatic shade not working properly, Nicole did a superb job of seeing that our stay was delightful it was! Valerie was super friendly and assisted all of our breakfast needs also!
