I was very impressed with The Hotel Salem. It is a beautiful facility. It is neat clean and organized. The phone staff and the front desk people are absolutely excellent. Getting my reservation pulled up and getting into my room was breeze. Very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. I couldn't ask for a better stay.

Everything was excellent from reservation to checkout. Friendly staff, delicious complimentary breakfast. Hotel was quiet and a great location for our purpose in Salem last weekend. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Timely text with final bill. We would be very happy to stay here again. There were lots of services within walking distance.

This is a fantastic hotel. Extra clean. Very nice rooms. Excellent morning breakfast with restaurant quality food. Staff treated us like long lost friends. Greeted us by first names every time we entered and exited the hotel.
