The night and morning desk agents were very rude especially to our kids. I know they were trying to make sure the other guests were comfortable, but they very rude. The breakfast staff was very inconvenienced with how many kids were there and that we would come to breakfast. The rooms were fine, the afternoon agents were okay, but it really left a bad impression.

"Employee Attitude"

Over all facility was okay. But when I say employee attitude, I mean they all had an attitude with the exception of two employees. The employees working the kitchen in the mornings never once had a smiling face, mind you we were there for five days. Everyone has off days, I get it but everyday she had attitude. They never refilled the breakfast bar, if it was gone it was gone. This would happen multiple time, with multiple items, she never refilled especially if it was stuff the kids enjoyed. If I had a choice I would never stay here again.
