West Springfield has four distinct seasons during the year, so planning the ideal time to visit depends on what you're interested in doing. Summer is the most popular time to come and offers comfortable weather. Average high temperatures from June to August are in the upper 70s to mid-80s. Since plenty of people come to West Springfield to visit the attractions and enjoy the outdoors, it's hard to find any good hotel deals during this season.
Fall in West Springfield is usually very pleasant, with average highs in September starting out in the mid-70s and dropping to the low 50s by November. However, since summer visitors head home during this season, you can find some good deals on hotels while still enjoying comfortable weather.
If you want the best deal possible on your hotel room, visit West Springfield in the winter. Just make sure you pack warm clothing. Average highs from December to February rarely get out of the 30s, and the occasional nor'easter storm can drop several inches of snow on the city. Since these conditions aren't favorable to tourism, hotels will drastically drop prices during this season.
If you don't think you can handle the cold temperatures of winter, wait until spring arrives in West Springfield. While average highs in March are in the upper 40s, they've reached the lower 70s by May. Plus, since summer crowds haven't come back yet, you can still find some nice deals on hotel rooms.
You'll find several hotels around West Springfield that offer good discounts to help you save money during your trip.
