we could not get WiFi to work regardless and there was no directory of how to use TV or restaurant locations. but beds and pillows comfortable and clean.

Nice, comfortable room. I had five visits to OSU campuses scheduled for the next day. Definitely will consider this hotel if I should need to get a hotel and given the surveillance my medical team says I'll need over the coming time, I imagine I will.

While driving into Columbus, I made a last minute request for a room and was greatly impressed by the courteous, professional way my request was received and processed. My angst was calmed by the emails and texts which were promptly sent to verify my overnight stay. The property is undergoing several upgrades which do not impact the cleanliness of the facility. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for it's clean rooms and proximity to The Ohio State University Hospital and I will definitely choose this hotel again.
