Was good overall good room, generally good service, we came from a cruise they allowed us to leave our suitcase, but early checkin would have made things considerably better. Not very comfortable to wait in the kitchen/waiting room.

My room was clean and recently renovated. The front desk associate, Marc, did an excellent job finding me a room on the 2nd floor. I'm a senior citizen and was not comfortable staying on the ground floor. Marc was patient and very accommodating.

The manager treated me with respect and kindness and she also gave me a little snack and placed me into my room immediately. I was in need of that because I was very tired and needed a place to rest asap. I will stay at this location again.
