We are cleaning our public areas more frequent now. Certain areas are being cleaned every hour with hospital grate cleaner such as elevator buttons, public restrooms and door handles going into the courtyard. We are also cleaning the gym equipment after every guest with hospital grade cleaner. The keys are being sanitizer with hospital grade cleaner before being recycled. We are encouraging guest to join our Hilton Honors program to use our digital key to unlock there room doors. The front desk has a glass between the front desk agent and the guest to ensure safety of everyone. These are all the things that are currently being done. Hilton is working with Lysol to do a Clean Stay program which will be released in June 2020.
