My wife and I were there for pain in her hip (which ultimately will have hip replacement surgery, her second). They gave us a room that had a wheelchair, accessible shower and a manager was more than helpful with our stay and fixing the mistake I had made through reservation services instead of directly with the hotel. I knew better, but did it twice through Google. I will never go through reservation service again! But, the staff made the fix right there and quickly and really catered to our every need.
