The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly. We had a horrible mix up/ delay with our flights. We were supposed to be there by 10pm. We didn't arrive until 5am. We called at the first delay saying we'd be after midnight. They were expecting us and suggested a late check out of 12:30. When we checked out, they knew who we were and kindly asked if we were able to get good sleep. He said they noticed we had forgotten to the do not disturb but they told housekeeping we would be checking out late and to not bother us. So kind and thoughtful, really turned around a bad travel experience into something ok.
