This hotel has comfortable clean rooms and a great selection for breakfast. The thing that sets them apart, and why we return to this hotel every time when we are in Concord, CA, is their staff. Samuel who checked us in, went above and beyond to help make sure our stay was comfortable. If you are lucky enough to meet Mikel, his influence over the years has played a big part in their improved customer service. I like the first floor and request it. There is no other hotel that consistently gives us a first floor room like Best Western Heritage Inn does. It is little things like this that makes the difference.
