I loved the Lucerne Hotel. It is a quiet elegant hotel located in a lovely area of NY. It also has a five star restaurant attached to it, which is excellent. The staff at Lucerne are the best. Very professional, kind and always willing to go the extra mile. It felt like coming home to family. It was the first time I stayed there without my late husband and everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home. The room was lovely and more than adequate for my needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed just for one night on a quick trip to NYC. I've stayed at this hotel before. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Spotlessly clean; beds are very comfortable. Love the upper west side location. Hotel staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend.
