I did not experience Oregon City outside hotel and Starbuck's across the street. Restaurant was pretty good, staff excellent.
Oregon City has a quaint and cute downtown with Portland area staples such as food truck courts and breweries. The view of the river is lovely.

The clerks at the front desk, Mikala and Jessie, were very helpful. The staff was outgoing, helpful, patient and cheerful.
