My favorite cousins live in Norwich, NY so I have been to visit there several times. I like that the stores are in close proximity to the hotel and that Norwich implements the "third lane" in the middle of the road for easy turn-offs to businesses and churches. Norwich has a good group of artists as I learned from different art events around September. One year my elderly cousin (Vets Home) had artwork entered as did other veterans, they had their own room in the library? for the exhibit.
