Below are reviews of the city of New Castle, PA from an actual visitor's perspective.
We visited McConnell's Mills and family that live in New Castle. We like some of the other communities in the area like Volant. Volant is a quaint little community with unique shopping and an old grist mill. We like Mercer because of family there and they have a court house that is an older one that is just historically beautiful.
I grew up in Neshannock Township. The Hampton Inn & Suites provides easy access to every place I choose to visit. Easy access to multiple restaurants and stores as well as major highways.
Fine!
Good proximity to Grove City.
