To ensure the safety of both our guests and associates, our hotel is engaged in providing enhanced cleaning and operating procedures in all areas. At arrival, contact and physical interaction is reduced with the addition of plexiglass barriers and touchless transactions. In public areas, seating has been reduced and spaced to encourage physical distancing, deep cleaning is at a higher frequency and sanitizer stations are located in high traffic areas. Guestrooms are not being accessed by housekeeping staffing during a guests stay and all linen changes/amenity top ups are bagged and left at the door. Prior to resale of the guestrooms, enhanced cleaning protocols that address the high touch points and use approved chemicals are in place. Should any guest show symptoms or is known to have contracted COVID-19 , the guest will contact the local Public Health Department so that he/she may be properly assessed for the appropriate treatment to either remain in isolation or to be transported to hospital.
