The town of Lisle had long been inhabited by Native Americans, but it wasn't until 1832 that the town became a permanent settlement with the construction of a farm, creamery, and blacksmith. The town remained small until 1864, when the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad helped boost the economy. However, the town didn't actually incorporate until 1956, taking the name of revered Chicago philanthropist S. Lisle Smith. Today, Lisle is a suburban paradise with top-notch schools, a stellar job market, and a high standard of living.
Whether you're on vacation, scoping out some homes for a potential move, or you're in town on business, you need a hotel that fits your budget and lifestyle.
