Clean town; nice friendly people. Beautiful parks and trails.
We stayed in Ennis for a wedding, and loved it! Ennis was a cute little town with all the services needed to make our stay comfortable. Being located near the QT was good for those last minute needs. The Ennis Taco Cabana and HEB helped with our rehearsal dinner menu. The easy access to I-45 was key to keeping all our guests on tract.
I loved the downtown shopping area and we ate at the Wildflower cafe!! Do not miss this sweet spot for lunch but go early as they fill up fast and they're only open 11-2. Bluebonnet trails were wonderful with the North route being the best! We came across horses standing by the fence with a bucket of feed to feed them!!! Nice folks in every shop we entered. Great little small town to make a day of shopping and seeing the bluebonnets!!!
