  • Pet Policy: $50.00 Per Visit Per Room. Pets are limited to Cats and Dogs and have a size restriction of 35 lbs. No refunds of pet fee are allowed once a pet enters the room and will be charged per room the pet enters for multiple room reservations as a special cleaning is required at check out. Extended stay guest may be subject to additional fees. In the event of unresolved noise complaints (2nd request) the pet will be asked to leave the hotel and no refunds will be offered. Pets are not allowed in the Pool Enclosure or the Breakfast Area per local health codes. Any pet damages to the room will be billed in accordingly based on the retail price to replace or repair items damaged. Housekeeping can not enter a room where a pet is present for cleaning. If you are a stay-over and need the room cleaned you will have to take the pet out of the room and notify the front desk as early as possible what times the room is available to clean. These times must be between 9 am and 1 pm to guarantee staff availability.
