We enjoyed the property even though it was only one night. We needed an accessible room which was available. The restaurant food and bar were excellent. Karen, the server was excellent and very friendly. Front desk staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay at the property again.

As soon as I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted by Bianca and her staff Jesus and Christian. My family was in town to celebrate my brother's Memorial Service at Miramar National Cemetery. Bianca went above and beyond her duties to make sure I/we had everything needed. She was so kind and sensitive to my entire family and was a breath of fresh air. I have never been treated so kindly and genuinely cared for by any other hotel staff person like Bianca. My entire family expressed the same wonderful sentiments about Bianca and the entire hotel staff. The rooms were luxurious and clean. The food was amazing and the ambience was excellent. My family and I will definitely return for another stay in the future under different circumstances. I am blessed to know that there are still caring individuals like Bianca and other team members, including the housekeeping staff and bellhop. Thank you for a wonderful experience during a very sensitive time in our lives. I highly recommend Sheraton Hotel La Jolla to others. If there was a 10/10, the staff would deserve it and more.
