We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was during the April 2024 Nor'easter and I had an appointment at the hospital early in the morning. We had to stay overnight because of the heavy snow. All of the front desk employees were happy and very helpful. The staff in the restaurant was friendly too. Rooms were clean and updated. Prices were reasonable. The location couldn't be better in Portland. The valet parking was very convenient due to the stormy weather.

The room was quiet and comfortable. When I filled the bathtub, the water came out hot quickly. When I got home the next day, I realized that I had left some items. I called. They noted items had been found and sent them express. Very satisfying.

We offer an indoor pool and fitness center, affordable breakfast service, a conveniencemart and complimentary 24-hour business center. The guest rooms have a refrigerator, microwave oven and coffeemaker. We even offer complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the hotel including ethernet jacks in every room! There is 720 sq. ft. of meeting space for up to 36 guests, and an executive board room for 10. The Hilton Garden Inn has everything right where you need it.
