Went to Johnny's Steakhouse, the hotel and surrounding grounds and went shopping next door. If it was Summer, would've visited Adventureland, did many years ago routinely. Love the way it's now lit up at night with beautiful led lighting throughout.
This hotel was new and stellar! Johnny's Steakhouse was magnificent. Came in town for nephew's football game in Baxter IA. Loved this hotel and Altoona.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean. My sister and family lived in Altoona for years before their passing. My great grandson is the proud owner of Breadeaux Pizza. We got pizza from his establishment. Pizza was delicious. Hampton Inn is very close to places to shop and eat.
