It has wonderful natural light and has a large white wall that can be used for overhead projector. It is a white backdrop for any theme party or meeting. We have 6 banquet tables and folding chairs for 30. For parties, we have complete theme party packages available. We will do all the decorating and clean up. We also have a large outdoor patio overlooking the fountains and a waterfall. This can be used as overflow for the private room or instead of. Rental fees are innexpensive. As little as $25 for 2 hours if 8 rounds of golf are purchased. If there are no other parties on the schedule, the party room will rent for as little as $50 for 2+ hours with no golf purchase.
