The Jupiter center is approximately 2 miles northeast of Temple Beth Am and 3 miles north of Roger Dean Stadium.
Summers in South Florida are notoriously hot and humid, but the hot season isn't a bad time to visit if you can stand the heat. Families do tend to flock to the area around West Palm Beach, which includes Jupiter, but the beaches are rarely crowded. Due to the heat, you'll actually enjoy lower hotel rates than at other times of the year, so it may be worth taking advantage of.
September through November bring hurricane season, but temperatures are mild. This is also a great time to visit if you want to avoid the crowds and hiked hotel rates. The area around West Palm Beach hosts a number of events during the fall, including Flavor Palm Beach and LagoonFest, which can help keep you occupied during your stay.
Winter is Jupiter's peak season. Northern snowbirds flock to South Florida to escape the snow, which results in bigger crowds and increased room rates. Temperatures are ideal, hovering between the mid-50s and mid-70s during the day, but you'll be paying a premium for the perfect weather.
The best time to visit Jupiter is from March to May when temperatures range from the low 60s to the mid 80s. The coast is less crowded during this season, except for spring break, so you'll enjoy some of the year's best hotel rates. There are also a variety of festivals in the spring, including SunFest and the Palm Beach International Film Festival.
In an expensive area like South Florida, it's nice to find discounts that help you save even more during your stay in Jupiter. Many area hotels, including budget-friendly accommodations like Super 8 North Palm Beach PGA Blvd, extend special rates to AAA members, AARP members, seniors, government employees, and military personnel. All you have to do is book the special rate and show proof of your eligibility at check-in. Doing this can save you as much as 20 percent on the hotel's best available rates.
Holding a membership or rewards card from your favorite hotel chain can also help save you money during your stay. Many hotels allow you to redeem free nights if you've built up enough points, and hotels like Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa often offer members reduced rates or extra privileges. Some area hotels may even offer special vacation packages that help you bundle extras into the cost of your room, saving you even more money.

For an affordable, family friendly meal, head to Dune Dog Café. This Key West-inspired café serves up yummy sandwiches, hot dogs, ribs, and salads, but don't let the simple menu fool you. The restaurant also features a budget-friendly lobster night that's worth the wait.

Jupiter is a town situated in Palm Beach County, Florida. The town is one of the northern suburbs of the Miami metropolitan area. It was ranked the ninth Happiest Seaside Town in America by Coastal Living in 2012. The region where this town sits was originally named for the Hobe Indian tribe, which lived at the mouth of the Loxahatchee River. You will find its name also preserved near the name of Hobe Sound. History has it that a mapmaker mistook the Spanish spelling ˜Jobe' of the Indian name ˜Hobe' and recorded it as ˜Jove.'
