We have been actively following the guidelines of the provincial, federal and World Health Organization with regards to implementing measures that will help stop the spread of COVID-19. Our housekeeping team is sanitizing and disinfecting guest rooms based on IHG cleaning standard. We have limited service to guests staying over to once every 3 days, however we continue to provide extra amenities to our guests upon request. All public amenities (washrooms, Fitness Centre, indoor pool, hot tub and dining facilities remain closed until further notice.Our staff members have been trained and are equipped with face masks and gloves along with disinfectants which are being used for frequent cleaning of elevators, front desk and high touch areas. Hand sanitizers are provided at the reception desk and by the elevators. In addition we are encouraging staff and guests to practice ‘physical distancing’ with appropriate signage including clear acrylic protective barriers on the reception desk.
