I walked into my accessible room and found the toilet not working. I went immediately to the front desk to tell them. I was told there was no other room available. I would have to use the public restroom around the corner from my room. Basically to use the bathroom in the middle of the night I would have to get dressed leave the safety of my room and walk down the hall and around the corner to use the toilet. This is tragic news story waiting to happen.
