We have the following policies in place regarding our pet friendly accommodations at Church Landing and the Inn at Mill Falls. These policies are to ensure that you and your pet have a relaxing and enjoyable stay and coincide in harmony with all the inns’ guests.PoliciesA nightly fee of $25.00+ tax is charged, per pet, with a two pet maximum. In appreciation for all they do for our furry friends, $10.00 of this fee is donated to the New Hampshire Humane Society located in Laconia, New Hampshire.A $350.00 damage deposit will be charged to your room at the time of check-in. This deposit is fully refundable, after your room is inspected*, and it is determined that no damage was caused to the property of Mill Falls at the Lake due to the housing of your pet. Should serious damage occur, you would be responsible for the entire amount of the damaged item(s).* Please allow additional time at check out for the inspection
