We really enjoyed our walk around the property. Our room was awesome, until we didn't get to enjoy it because the door wouldn't open. We wanted to be able to relax from the hussle and bussle of life at home, but couldn't relax in our room before we went to see the show at the theater. However, the lady at the front desk said she would give us 30% off of the room, but I have the receipt and she didn't give us 30% off! : ( Also, after the show, I wanted to take a shower and relax once they got us into our room; however, it was so cold in the room, I couldn't take a shower! : ( Apparently, maintenance controls the temperature in your room you don't get to. Additionally, a $25 charge is on our credit card for "incidentals" as the girl said at the desk when we chaecked in. So far, this hasn't been credited. I would like the 30% off the room as promised and the $25 back for "incidentals" that we did not use. Thank you very much!

"Wonderful Girls Trip!"

My daughter, three month old granddaughter, niece, sister and I spent two nights in October and we had so much fun. We arrived early so we ate at Dutch Valley Restaurant next door (yummy) and then went to check in at the Carlisle Inn. The rooms were beautiful and so clean. That night we just hung out in our rooms and went for a swim. The next day we went into Berlin to check out some stores and then ate at Der Dutchman (more good food). Later, we checked out the Gift Shop and Bakery right in the same complex as Carlisle Inn. (It was so nice to be able to do a little shopping after dark without having to drive.) We are already planning another visit next year and bringing more family members! P.S. My daughter and I stayed in an Executive Suite and it worked out great with all the extra things we had in order to take care of a three month old. And baby had a wonderful time, too! Thank you for a wonderful family memory!

Property Description
Nestled in Ohio's Amish Country on the Dutch Valley Campus, Carlisle Inn is a great place for any event. We feature 4 banquet rooms each room with its own state of the art audio and visual equipment. We can accommodate groups anywhere from 25-320 people and also offer group rates for those booking 10 or more guest rooms. We feature 38 Standard Rooms with Two Queen sized Beds, 15 Standard rooms with a King Size Bed, 13 Deluxe Executive Rooms, and 3 Two Bedroom Suites. Each room and floor is custom decorated so no two rooms are alike.
Also located on our Campus, you will find Dutch Valley Gifts, and Dutch Valley Market, Dutch Valley Restaurant to help with all of your catering needs and the new Ohio Star Theater for wholesome, family entertainment. All of these properties are within walking distance.
The Inn features an indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness area for our guests. We offer a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast featuring homemade cinnamon rolls and breads from the Dutch Valley Bakery every morning and a complimentary snack each evening. We also have coffee, water, and tea available throughout the day.
In order to provide an environment suitable for everyone, the Inn does not permit alcoholic beverages in any public area including banquet rooms, meeting rooms, breakfast area, or pool. The Carlisle Inn is also a smoke free facility.
