Got there to check in at 4:00pm was told we couldn't check in until 5:00 pm because they were behind in cleaning the rooms. The lady at the front desk asked me about five times if I wanted to cancel the reservation. Finally she told us we could use the pool while we waited. The was very nice and roomy and clean. The next morning for the breakfast they ran out of eggs and waffle mix had to wait a long time and this was at 8:00am it didn't close until 9:30am. So the hotel was very nice but need some improvement on the staff.
