From check in to check out, everything was spot on! The place just has a nice feel to it because of the staff and excellent attention to detail. System was down when we arrived to check in but the manager and staff were working incredibly hard to keep things moving. Jordan you did a great job! Special mention has to go to Kim in the breakfast room, what a star! Delightful and so helpful, a real breath of fresh air to start your day. I can't praise her enough. Breakfast was great too! Lovely hotel, best we've stayed in on our road trip so far.
