Staff were great, rooms were very clean. We had a volleyball tournament at Bob Keefer Sports Center. We only stayed one night but had a very nice stay. The workers were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good, location close to food and mall and overall stay excellent.

This stay was made necessary by unexpected travel complications and our usual choice was unable to accommodate us, so we were relieved to enjoy a very comfortable one night stay with good amenities and a very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Our stay was punctuated by a facility wide fire alarm. Though patrons seemed to evacuate quickly and safely, I expected to see staff assisting in some way. This may be our new go to choice in Springfield.

The staff were kind and attentive. My room was very clean. I appreciated a warm meal in the morning after a stretch of zero power at home. I fully recommend.
