The service and staff were absolutely wonderful. We were there for a graduation ceremony at Stephen F. Austin University and were limited to time in the city. Our lunch was at a nice Italian Restaurant downtown before leaving.

I loved the beautiful flowering plants. There are plenty of restaurants and traffic was easy to get around in. I'd like to spend more time there than I was able to this time.

I love Nacogdoches. I attended my grandson's wedding so it was special. The front desk person and the restaurant people were all very nice and service was great even though we had a large group.
For a quiet stroll in a pretty place, visit the Master Gardeners Demonstration Garden on the edge of downtown. Nacogdoches also has an active, fun Farmers Market, every Saturday morning til noon.

Beautiful pine trees, most things are easy to maneuver on the main strip, the college campus is gorgeous, loved the brick streets, historical markers with so much early Texas history.

We enjoyed the welcome center, museums, and SFA campus + old house museum. I think it would be a fun town to live in, nice and quiet and easy going!

There are many historical areas in Nacogdoches, but we didn't have much time for anything but baseball during our stay.
