Local Attractions
Within a ten minute walk of the villa is the famous 7 mile stretch of white sand beach. The beach is not only beautiful, but also a sports lovers paradise with everything from para sailing to water skiing to scuba diving. Within fifteen minutes drive is the local Negril Hills Golf course, just one amongst the many professional courses on the island. Snorkeling and gorgeous sunset viewing are within a fifteen minute walk/ drive as well. Ricks cafe is a world famous bar on the cliff side of Negril where you can watch the daring divers and capture one of the stunning sunsets. Alternatively you can travel there by glass bottom boat where you can stop and snorkel among the coral reefs. We have a local island called "Booby Cay" where guests often travel to and enjoy a freshly grilled lobster. Horse back riding, zip lining and ATV'S are available a short distance from the villa as well as Dolphin Cove. There are multiple water falls on the island, all well worth the drive.

Tropical Breeze is a lovely 3 story Jamaican villa rental conveniently located in the heart of the town of Negril. Our prized location is within minutes of the famous 7 mile stretch of white sand beach and the sparkling Caribbean sea. Our cozy, comfortable 9 bedroom villa offers a casual laid back atmosphere where you can relax and unwind, while taking in the splendor of the tropics. The interior of the villa is painted in bright vibrant colors creating a warm tropical ambiance. The main floor features a large, modern fully equipped kitchen, while our living room has a brand new sectional couch, flat screen television, cable, and wifi. A selection of reading materials are provided as well as games and movies. At the front entrance to the villa we have a large front balcony which is a perfect gathering spot and dining area. The front balcony has two sets of glass table tops with dining for up to 10 people. If additional space is needed for meeting / dining purposes we also have seating for up to 20 on the lower pool deck area, and banquet space for up to 50 on our fully terraced pool deck. Our economically priced villa is perfect for any occasion, making us the optimal choice for your ultimate sun get away. There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, with an outside staircase leading to 3 upper level units. . There is an additional 9th bedroom with private entrance and en suite on a lower level. All 9 of the bedrooms in the villa contain an A/C unit, bedside fan, secured in-wall safe, flat screen television and cable or DVD player. There is ample space in the villa to accommodate up to 20 persons making this an excellent economical option for group travel. We cater to small and large families, groups of friends, co-workers, wedding parties or up to 8 couples. If your group is larger than 20, I can make arrangements for the additional guests' accommodations, right beside my property, at my neighbors villa. Our huge terraced pool deck makes for a great entertaining area where we can host any kind of function from a pool party or family reunion, to a small wedding. We recently hosted a wedding reception for 45 people in which I was the wedding planner. I arranged everything from the beautiful cake, flowers, and bar menu, to the live band & photographer. We also planned the menu for the reception meal and catered the event directly on site. (See reception photos below). We would love to provide the same exceptional services for your special occasion. Just beneath the pool deck on a lower deck area we have an authentic charcoal jerk pan where we BBQ fantastic jerk chicken, grilled lobster, and roast fish, to name a few. Adjacent to this is a small stage area for hosting live entertainment or a DJ for your wedding / event. Just off the lower deck area by the water fountain is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sea salt when coming from the beach or for before entering the pool. Tropical Breeze offers seasonal rates changes depending on the time of year of your booking. All rates are quoted for a minimum stay of 7 days. Long term rates possible. Our quotes are based on a minimum of 6 persons, with rates increasing for each additional person in your party ($225.00 per additional person, per week) up to a maximum of 20 people. All villa rental rates include the applicable 10 % government taxes & six days per week housekeeping. We also offer a delicious economical meal plan, not included in the villa rates. Meal plans include breakfast and dinner (no lunch offered or at additional fee per day). Breakfast includes: Your choice of Jamaican or Continental menu, and coffee, tea, and juice. Dinner includes: Fresh juices (such as lime-aid or pineapple juice) with your choice of Jamaican or International menu.
Green Sustainability
We have a garden compost program in place where we put all organics into make compost which we then use as fertilizer on the fruit trees.We use non toxic natural cleaners, and sulphate free soaps.

Airport & Shuttle Information
Montego Bay airport is approx an hour and fifteen minute drive to Negril. Transportation can be arranged at an additional cost per person. When coming into Negril, follow the beach road into town but do not enter the roundabout. Stay left and turn up the first lane on your right hand side, (OMG Ice Cream & Yellows Computer Sales are at the bottom of the lane) Pass the local market and the Dumpling shop, (on the right hand side) follow the lane around a bend in the road and Tropical Breeze Villa is on the left hand side. We have a white iron gate and a sign under the Ackee tree for Tropical Breeze.
Local Shuttle Info: Local taxis readily available at very reasonable rates. We can arrange to have you picked up at the villa or a short walk to the end of the lane, leads to the local taxi stands. Local attractions such as Margaritaville Restaurant (approx 5 min drive) offer a shuttle service to pick you up however there is a $5.00 fee per person. Shuttle runs from approx 11:00 am - 11:00 pm. Westender Inn (approx 15 min drive) offers a free shuttle for their Saturday night buffet dinner, with live Reggae music.
