Our Preferred Tampa hotel is just a few blocks down the street from Busch Gardens & Adventure Island, one of the largest amusement parks in the world. Featuring 8 themed areas with animals, shows, thrill rides, shopping and dining, this is sure to be a highlight of any vacation. During hot summer months, one of the best ways to cool off is by enjoying the water rides at Adventure Island, located less than a mile from our hotel in Tampa. During fall and spring, the water is heated. It's sure to be fun for everyone. We are also a preferred hotel of the University of South Florida Athletics(USF), located less than 2 miles away. As the closest Holiday Inn Express property, and the newest hotel near USF, we welcome USF guests and groups. In addition, in the area is the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), located just two miles from our Tampa hotel. Here, you can enjoy over 450 interactive exhibits and marvel at the rare articulated remains of a dinosaur.

Clean, very friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast food and next door to my favorite restaurant, Olive Garden. Have stayed twice due to Dr. visits and need to stay three nights in August, later in August one night then one night in September. I live in Palm Bay on the east coast. The staff has been absolutely the most helpful of any I've ever encountered. The front desk was amazing. All shifts. Very pleased with my stay.

Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites is just around the corner from our Preferred partners Busch Gardens & Adventure Island. In addition we are less than a mile from the University of South Florida (USF), Moffitt Cancer Center, Shriners Hospital, Veteran's Hospital and Florida Hospital Tampa. We are also a preferred hotel of the University of South Florida. We're located just off I-275 at exit 50. Business travelers will also appreciate the amenities and services provided at our hotel. Our Green Lodging Silver Level hotel is close proximity to many area businesses, such as Johnson Controls, Pepsi, Verizon, USAA, and the Yuengling Brewery. We can also accommodate a meeting space that can seat 50 people comfortably with free wireless internet access and available A/V equipment.
