Upon the second night, the power went out at approximately 8:30 pm. When inquiries were made, the answer was “they” are working on it. Power was still out at 10:00 am the next day. Again the response from the hotel personnel was they are working on it. They tried to claim that the outage was due to the storm. However, all other businesses right next to them as well as across the street and the other way across the street, all head power I checked out, that day. And still have not received credit for any of my stay.

Social distancing practiced at check-in, gathering in lobby, seating in shuttle and in elevators. Hand sanitizers are available at check-in. Masks and gloves are available for a minimum fee. Employees wear masks at work, sanitize work areas, public spaces and wash hands frequently. Employees are to report to supervisors on any symptoms while at work. If symptomatic, employees are advised to leave work and adhere to a 14-day self-isolation and get tested. Handling of Covid-19 cases follows CDC guidelines including informing local authorities, state health depts and employees in hotel. Guest will be isolated in a designated part of hotel building with at least 30 feet from the next guest room. Hotel will work with local authority and health professionals while infected guest is in hotel. No employee is allowed to be in contact with guest.
