We fly fish somewhere in NC every month. We generally go to the Brevard area for accessibility from our home but wanted to try going back to that area. We have fished Highlands and Cashiers a few times, when time permits for a long weekend and really like the area. We visited the Sapphire Brewery for dinner on Friday night and were pleased with the food and atmosphere there.
