We liked the Culver's restaurant just across the street from the hotel. It was a very pleasant and inexpensive place for non-fancy, but good tasting American type food. And in the morning, you can't beat McDonald's for their coffee. McDonalds was right next to Culver's.
Glenn Miller Park is a great place for a walk and in summer The Rose Garden is a good stop.
Very clean rooms. One of our most pleasant stays after riding in a car for six hours!!!
