Our busload of women came to see Magnolia Market--they loved it. Some rode the trolley and loved seeing downtown Waco. Some went to the Waco Suspension Bridge & the Cattle Drive statues by the bridge. We loved dinner at Ninfa's Mexican restaurant too.

We had a very good stay at the Quality Inn & Suites South, in Waco, Tx. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and odor free. The breakfast may not be what you would eat at home but, a very good breakfast with a good variety to pick from.

I loved the view of the Brazos river and the cattle drive sculptures. I would like to have spent a little more time there. I was also on the lookout for postcards but had trouble finding them about Waco itself. Due to the recent rains, several of the stops to see the lake were also closed.
