breakfast, beds were comfortable, rooms had some upgrades. The laminate floors are slippery, almost fell getting out of bed.
Lots of eating choices and close to highways made it easy to travel to other places.
Our group of 23 ate at 2 local Springfield restaurants near the hotel. Delia's Italian and Eleni's Greek Taverna . Both were very accommodating for our group and the food was delicious. Both menus were extensive enough that everyone found something they enjoyed. Additionally, hotel is very close to the Franconia-Springfield Metro station which made sightseeing in Washington DC a breeze.
Good area for shopping, food and appears to be in a safe area. Close to many areas for other shopping needs. Shuttle service.

My group of 48 did a two day tour of the National Mall.
The staff were very efficient, polite, and helpful. We thank them.
The Springfield mall was nice. We went to both Spingfield and Pentagon City and our students wanted to go back to Springfield the last day of our stay. They said they had to pay less at the Springfield Mall at the same stores in Pentagon. Easy access to road into D.C., and easy access to the HOV lane. Have stayed in several diffent hotels in Springfield and have been very please with the costs.
Access to shopping areas & everything in between such as restaurants, grocery stores, wine stores, and ice cream, shops.
