Temecula is a pleasant place to visit no matter what the time of year, with the most comfortable temperatures during the shoulder seasons from April to June, and from September to November. Temecula hosts various art, music, and wine festivals throughout the year, and the busiest months are from June to September. During festivals accommodations can be scarce, especially on the weekends. If you plan to visit Temecula during a popular festival, reservations are highly recommended.
The climate of the Temecula Valley has ideal conditions for cultivating vineyards, and it also makes for hot days and cool evenings. Even during the hottest summer days, don't forget to take a light jacket or coat to ward off brisk evening temperatures.

During this time there are also several "crush" festivals as the grapes take their next step to becoming a bottled product.
Whether you're visiting for an outdoor music festival, a shopping weekend, or a wine-tasting tour, you'll surely enjoy Temecula's pleasant climate.
