Located in the heart of beautiful Oakland, Oakland International Airport (OAK) has several attractions to get you started as soon as you get off the aircraft, or before you board. For the historians visiting Oakland, stop by and see the Dunsmuir House & Gardens Historic Estate. The 37-room Dunsmuir House was built in 1899, and is one of the best examples of Colonial Revival architecture in the Bay Area. After, check out Lake Merritt, the Jewel of Oakland.
