The Florence center is approximately the area of Florence Freedom Ballpark and 1 mile south of St. Elizabeth South.
Because Florence is so small, it doesn't have a significant tourism industry on its own. However, proximity to Cincinnati may mean that when Cincinnati hotel rates go up seasonally or because of events, Florence hotels will see slight rate rises and faster booking. The area's weather is nicest in the spring and fall, when you can avoid the summer humidity and the winter's bite. If you do decide to visit in the summer, Florence isn't far from the Ohio River where you can scout out some fun riverboating activities.
Hotel rates in the area start rising in spring, when Cincinnati has lots of festivals, and the rates stay high through fall. Winter is the best time to save when visiting the Florence area if you can stand the cold.

Convenient to The Ark and the Creation Museum.
Lots of different restaurants, things to do. We always enjoy the baseball team the Florence Y'alls.
The food was really good. Can't complain about that. I think maybe if we had stayed there, we might have gone to that golf course next-door but we didn't. We were in town for business and pleasure. Mostly, we ate out and had really good experiences with that.
